Our teepees are framed around a foam mattress taking up approximately 85m wide x 200xm long. The bed trays add an extra 30cm to the front of the mattress, so please bear this in mind when planning the number of guests at your sleepover. We're more than happy to work with you in any space and will always do our best to make it work wherever possible.
We are happy to help make additional space where needed when we arrive to set up but would expect a suitable space to have been organised and a clean floor to set up on prior to arrival.

We're not under any illusion of a crumb free sleepover but do expect that our teepees and props are treated well whilst 'on set'. If in the unlikely event of damages caused that are not washable/repairable then we would unfortunately have to charge an additional fee to cover replacements of specific damaged items.
With you Platinum Package we include a feast box.
You can also order themed cake, cupcakes and cake-pops at an additional cost.
To secure any reservation we would need to take a 50% non-refundable booking fee, the balance of your booking must be paid in full on the one day before set up. Payments can be made by EFT, a confirmation for your booking will be provided as soon as we receive your deposit.
An additional 20% of your total booking will be required as a breakage deposit and will be fully refundable on collection and inspection of any damages.

Set up usually takes around 3 to 5 hours depending on the number of teepees and package you've opted for. We set up at a time to suit you any time after 12am (we are flexible with this wherever possible) on the afternoon of your party. Packing down takes 1 to 2 hours and can be done at any time the morning after your party prior to 11am (again, we are flexible with pick up time wherever possible).
Each kid only needs their pj’s and favorite pillow for extra comfort and for hygiene reasons. We supply everything ells they'll need for a cosy sleepover, including bedding (a lightweight cosy blanket, sheet and a duvet/duvet cover.
We currently based in Durban North. A transport fee may apply based on the distance from our offices to your house/ party location.
We make sure that all of our bedding is thoroughly cleaned and prepared for each party. Guests need to bring their own pillows for hygiene reasons. All out mattresses also come with a waterproof cover.

My Teepee Glampover is designed for all ages, glamping recommended 3 years and up. Glamping mattress is the same size as a single bed mattress.Picnic there are many themes to accommodate all ages. Birthdays, mom and me time, hen parties or just a fun sleepover.


At My Teepee Events we ask that each guest please bring their own pillow for hygienic reasons, besides your own pillow will be comfier and make the guest feel like they are at home.
